I was born in Cloquet, raised in Esko and have lived in Cloquet with my wife, Peggy, for 51 years. We raised two sons and a daughter and we have four grandchildren.

I got my real estate license on January 20, 1970, so far over 53 years, I have been selling real estate in Carlton & St. Louis Counties. No one in the history of Carlton County has been in the real estate business longer than I have.

I also did real estate appraisals for about 25 years and I was a Federally Certified Residential Appraiser. This experience benefits my clients as I provide insight about property values.

My negotiation skills have been learned and put to use in dealing with thousands of clients, customers and cooperating real estate agents.
