Barb brings experience, honesty and fun to every real estate transaction. A life-long Duluthian, Barb has been serving the real estate needs of families in the Twin Ports for over 40 years.
As a licensed, CRS Realtor (a designation only the top 4% of agents in the country achieve), she works with buyers and sellers in all price ranges and stages of life; whether it be a first-time home buyer, a growing family, a professional looking to relocate, or seniors looking to downsize and enjoy retirement. She’s able to sell single family, multi-family, land, lake property, commercial properties as well as condominiums.
With her deep roots in the community, Barb is knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in our region working in Duluth, Proctor, Hermantown, Two Harbors and the surrounding community, rural areas and the many lakes.
Every client has different needs, so Barb tries to be an educator and walk folks through the process of buying and selling so they have a thorough understanding on all aspects of the transaction. Her goal is to make the process as transparent and enjoyable as possible, getting the client into a home they’ll enjoy for years to come.
Outside of real estate, Barb’s true love is her family. She enjoys spending time with her two adult daughters and six grandchildren. She also loves gardening, decorating for the holidays, cooking and reading. She also is very active in the community including her church, Lions Club and is currently on the board for Safe Haven Shelter for Women.
